A ratiometric fluorescent probe for hypoxanthine detection in aquatic products based on the enzyme mimics and fluorescence of cobalt-doped carbon nitride

A ratiometric fluorescent probe for hypoxanthine (Hx) detection was established based on the mimic enzyme and fluorescence characteristics of cobalt-doped graphite-phase carbon nitride (Co doped g-C3N4). In addition to emitting strong fluorescence, peroxidase activity Co g-C3N4 can catalyze reaction O-phenylenediamine H2O2 produce diallyl phthalate which emit yellow at 570 nm. Through decomposition Hx by xanthine oxidase, be indirectly detected generating hydrogen peroxide measurement ratio I (F570/F370). The linear range 1.70 mg kg-1–272 kg-1 (R2=0.997), limit 1.52 (3σ/K, n=9). method applied in bass, grass carp, shrimp, data were verified HPLC. result shows that is sensitive, accurate, reliable, used aquatic products.

A highly sensitive, selective ratiometric fluorescent probe for cobalt(II) and its applications for biological imaging.

Probe has been developed as the first ratiometric fluorescent cobalt probe with high sensitivity and selectivity based on internal charge transfer (ICT). Most importantly, the probe achieved the imaging and detection of cobalt in cells with ratiometric measurement.
